David:
You did a SUPER job, as usual, in taking care of my Baja last month.
I especially like how you communicate clearly and keep me filled in on a job, explaining things clearly, presenting options, outlining time expectations. Your professional, warm manner is always a big plus and a confidence builder. You know Subaru vehicles well.
You can count on me having all my maintenance work with you at Subaru of Plano, and I'll be bypassing a couple of closer dealers to have the benefit of your expertise and professionalism in keeping my Baja running well. See you for the timing belt service if not before.
Thanks for a great job, David

I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate all the time and effort all of you put in to make our deal work.
Bill was my initial contact, and is a considerate, steady, easy-to-work-with individual. If first impressions are important ? and they are! ? Bill made a great one on me and my wife, and earned you consideration for my new vehicle purchase.
In the second phase, after we'd settled on a vehicle and gone through our negotiations, I went back to the other dealer I'd been working with to see if they would meet my needs on the same level. But you set the bar high, and they failed to even come close. The visit with them had me wondering if you had done so artificially ? knowing that they wouldn't match or exceed it ? and that it might be 'game off' when I came back. ((Sorry, but I've been around the block a few times, and have experienced some of the 'games' that used to be standard practice in many car dealerships))
But you didn't; you stuck to the deal we made -- even when I asked to change colors. When I first called about a color switch, Jack said he'd call me back in 5 minutes; I think he did it in 3-4! And he'd already located the vehicle I wanted and arranged a dealer trade to get it! He assured me the rest of our negotiated deal still stood, but I still wanted to see it, to believe it.
On arrival, he showed me the new invoice -- which turned out to be LOWER (slightly different package) -- wrote up the deal exactly as we had discussed (with the generous allowance for my trade-in), then introduced me to Isaiah to complete the necessary paperwork. By the time we got most of that done, my new Cypress Green Outback was being delivered. It went through its Pre-Delivery Inspection and wash-up while we finished the signatures and financing arrangements, then Bob spent about 30 minutes walking me through the Subaru documentation, touring the vehicle, explaining operation of the Navigation system, Bluetooth, etc. and that was it!
It was a no-hassle, no-surprises experience all the way through! It just doesn't get any better than that.
The Bottom Line: compared to the other dealership, you saved me well over $1000!! In this economic environment, and as a retired individual with fixed income, that is no small matter.
The two biggest differences between my dealership experiences were:
(1) that Tommy and Jack were willing to "step up" on my trade-in allowance to make it work, and the other dealer wasn't; and
(2) my impression that the other dealer's management team wasn't that interested in me, as a customer, or in helping my salesperson make the deal work. I don't remember that manager
even introducing himself; and I never saw him again after he took a cursory look at my trade-in.
On the other hand, you (Tommy, and especially Jack) not only took the time to introduce yourselves, but stayed involved and communicative throughout the process. That was worth as much to me as the financial difference: your willingness and efforts to earn my business and my future referrals by creating a true "win-win" situation.
Thanks again for everything; I will be happy to recommend potential customers to you whenever I have the opportunity, and you may use this letter as a testimonial to my experience with you.
Sincerely,
Bob
