    Tommy comes to Subaru of Plano with 15+ years of retail automotive experience.  He has served as the General Manager of both privately owned and publicly held companies, as well as, serving on several influential boards in the automobile business, including the Texas Automobile Dealer Association, Ford Motor Company Dealer Council, West Texas General Motors Advertising Association, among others.  He has a passion for the business and a "customer first" attitude.  "I truly believe that if you give your customers what they want, they'll continue to come back time and time again, "says Tommy.  "Our goal is to maintain our status as the #1 Subaru Dealership in the state of Texas and grow into one of the top volume dealers in the country for both sales and service."  Tommy has been married to his college sweetheart, Trista, for 15 years and they have three children together; Taylor (13), Graci (10) and Cason (8) who all attend Frisco ISD, where Tommy and his family reside, just 15 minutes from the dealership.  During his free time, he enjoys watching his children participate in various sports activities and attend Mavericks, Rangers and Cowboys games.  "Family is the most important thing to me, and our Subaru family is no different.  We've got some great people here that truly care about the experience that our customers get each and every time they walk through that front door."  Tommy is originally from Lubbock, Texas and attended both Lubbock Christian University and Texas Tech University before ultimately making his home in the DFW Metroplex.

    Mike comes to Subaru of Plano as one of the most sought out Service Directors in the company.  Mike is responsible for overseeing all of the fixed operations at the dealership, including the entire parts and service departments.  Mike has won several awards as the top service advisor in a large dealer chain early in his career, and is known for having some of the best Customer Satisfaction scores in the country.  "Having the opportunity to put my stamp on the Subaru brand is very intriguing to me," says Mike.  "Our customers are willing to do whatever it takes to keep their vehicles in great working condition and that makes my job a lot easier.  With the long term employees we have at the dealership, our customers can see familiar faces each time they come through the service drive and that is huge when it comes to trusting who you're leaving your car with."  Mike currently resides in Sachse with his wife and two young sons.

    Darren "Ace" Davis comes to Subaru of Plano with 10+ years experience in the retail automotive business.  Rising through the ranks as a top sales performer, finance manager, and sales manager at both domestic and import franchises, Darren has the energy it takes to give the customer an experience of a lifetime when it comes to buying their NEW vehicle.  "I truly love what I do," says Darren.  "Giving customers that "WOW" factor is what keeps me motivated to come to work every single day."  Darren is married to his wife Jeniffer of 6 years and they reside in Rockwall with their two young sons, Nikki Sixx and DC.

    Kevin Kleine comes to Subaru of Plano with several years in the European automotive market, bringing the charisma and enthusiasm it takes to give each individual customer a world class experience before, during, and after every sale. Having graduated from The University of Tulsa with a B.A. degree in Communication, Kevin now resides in Plano with his lovely wife, Yvette, and their young son, Keegan.  Kevin's oldest son, Connor, is a freshman in college and lives in Tulsa, OK. Not only is Kevin a die-hard fanatic of Liverpool FC, aka the Mighty 'Reds' of Merseyside, but he's developed a genuine passion for Subaru blue as well!

    Amanda comes to Subaru of Plano as one of the top Finance Directors in the entire region.  She has worked with over 20 different lenders and has great relationships with each of them, making your financing options a breeze once it's time to do your paperwork.  She has several awards, including the top producer in a huge dealership chain of over 200 finance directors.  "My job is to make sure that the customers know what they're purchasing and what they need to purchase to fit their needs to protect their investment," says Amanda.  "It's always a good feeling when a customer leaves my office with a smile on their face, knowing that I just helped them accomplish what they wanted to in regards to their new or used car purchase.  Subaru of Plano is an awesome place to work.  It allows me to be a Mom and a professional, all at the same time.  It is very rewarding.  It truly is a family atmosphere."  Amanda currently resides in Lewisville with her 9 year old son, Jonah.
